Crypto-Backed Brave Browser 2x Faster Than Chrome, Users Keep Migrating

Brave, the privacy-centric web browser that rewards users with the Basic Attention Token (BAT) cryptocurrency for viewing ads and rewards content creators for producing quality content, is not only proving to be the fastest growing web browser, but is also more than 2x faster than Chrome.

As seen in the image above, the page load time on Brave is extremely fast in comparison to the world’s leading web browser, Google Chrome. In fact, Brave beat Chrome’s load time by a long shot on various news websites who typically have a lot of annoying advertisements.

Brave loaded the Fox website 4.5x faster than Chrome, the CNN website 7.2x faster, and the TIME website 8.7x faster. These time differences are significant and can largely be attributed to Brave’s unique design that automatically blocks advertisements.

Will Users Migrate to Brave?

When browsing the web, there’s nothing more frustrating than waiting and waiting for a page to load only to be bombarded with useless and annoying advertisements.

With the Brave browser, web pages load faster and users do not get bombarded with ads, they simply choose whether or not they would like to view ads and then get paid in the process.

With features like these, why would anyone use anything else? Well, people get comfortable with what they’re used to and are generally resistant to simple changes. However, as previously reported by IIB, Brave’s user base is exploding as users migrate from traditional web browsers to Brave.

Along with Brave browser growth, the number of Brave publishers and BAT users have experienced an exponential rise.

All in all, just like the impending adoption of cryptocurrencies, it’s only a matter of time until the greater population realizes the benefits Brave has to offer.
